CANCELLATIONS:
STEAM PEI reserves the right to cancel any program due to insufficient enrollment. Upon cancellation, a full refund will be made less classes have already been completed. STEAM PEI will follow the inclement weather and school closure policy of the school district or host organization in which we are instructing. We will reschedule class cancellations wherever possible, and if unable to do so, will prorate the fees appropriately.
Refunds:
Full refunds for PD Day camps can be requested up to 30 days prior to the camp. Cancellations between 30 days and 7 days prior to the camp can be refunded minus a $10 administrative fee. No refund will be provided within 7 days of the camp, unless there are extenuating circumstances (i.e. medical or emergency family situation). Requests for refunds or cancellations must be made in writing to the Office Mananger by email
[email protected]) . Include the name of the participant, selected camp, and the reason for refund or cancellation. The Office Manager makes the final decision on who qualifies for refunds. Refunds are not granted if a parent/guardian withdraws the student early from the session.
STEAM PEI reserves the right to withdraw a student at any time without refund if the guidelines for behavior are not followed.
Any child, parent or staff member showing signs of illness is not permitted to attend STEAM PEI programs. Refunds may be provided under these circumstances as determined at the sole discretion of STEAM PEI.
