Description

 

Each Tuesday morning from 10:00-11:30, beginning September 15 to October 20, this 6 week STEAM program invites children and youth ages 5–17 to explore Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math through hands-on learning. Each week features a different activity which incorporates elements of STEAM. We invite you to register for one or as many as you’d like!  

 

Kids will learn math and engineering through exploring rubber band energy and designing their own Monopoly Boards. In science, they will delve into the physics of helicopter flying and through the arts they will be designing their own tie dyed t-shirt. So many hands-on ways to discover STEAM!

Students are encouraged to collaborate, ask questions, and experiment at their own pace, with activities adapted to suit a wide range of ages and abilities.
