Register to the first chess program at STEAM PEI! ♟️
Whether it is your first time playing chess or a couple of games in, this introductory course on Chess is for anyone who wants to learn the basics and gearing up for pre-tournament level. This 6-week program is hosted by Chess PEI!
Participants will also have the opportunity to challenge against Jorge Moreno, the course instructor, who is one of the strongest players in Atlantic Canada. He is originally from Lima, Peru, and he is a two-time provincial chess champion as well as PEI’s number one-ranked classical player!
